Using the guide

Manchester Tonight is a free, independent guide to nights out in Manchester. You can use the site, the JSON feed and the MCP server without signing up or paying.

Listings can be wrong

We check venue websites and listings regularly, and every listing shows when it was last checked. But nights get cancelled, times move and venues close, often without notice. Listings are provided as they are, without any promise that they're accurate or complete. Check with the venue before you head out. We're not responsible for an event that doesn't happen as listed, or for anything that happens at a venue.

Sponsored listings

Listings are free. Paid listings are always labelled "Sponsored" on the site. The MCP server leaves paid listings out altogether, so AI assistants only get the free listings. Booking a featured spot is covered on the Advertise page.

AI assistants, the feed and the MCP server

The MCP server and feed are read-only and serve the same public listings as the site. You're welcome to connect an assistant to them or use them in your own projects. When you show our listings to people, please link back to the listing on manchestertonight.co.uk so they can check the details. Don't use them in a way that overloads the service, and don't present our listings as your own. We may limit or block access that does.

We can change, pause or stop the feed and MCP server at any time. Answers an AI assistant writes from our listings are written by that assistant, not by us.

Links to other sites

Listings link to venue sites, ticket sellers and other sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions, corrections or problems: [email protected].
