- No Piccadilly Gardens market — the gardens are closed for redevelopment.
- Lincoln Square — new site with food, drink and a heated marquee.
- Giant Zippy Santa returns outside the Town Hall on Albert Square (first time since 2017), per the Manchester Evening News — I Love Manchester still mentions St Peter’s Square, so check before you go if you are hunting Santa.
- New festive pop-up pub on Albert Square with live entertainment and heated covered seating (name and hours not published yet).
- St Ann’s Square — new layout, bigger covered seating, giant tree, community choirs and a Guinness cart.
